​Each day follows a consistent rhythm designed to support both growth and rest.

7:00 AM – 12:00 PM​

​7:00 AM — Wake Up & Hygiene
  • Gentle wake-up (no alarms, guided by staff)
  • Bathroom routines, getting dressed
  • Light tent tidying (build responsibility)

7:30 AM — Morning Grounding (20–30 mins)
  • Light stretching / movement
  • Breath awareness
  • Quiet reflection or gratitude
  • Simple check-in: “How do I feel today?”
(This is where your deeper work lives — but it stays simple for kids)

8:00 AM — Breakfast
Examples:
  • Eggs, toast, fruit
  • Oatmeal with berries
  • Pancakes + protein option
  • Smoothies + granola
Drinks:
  • Water
  • Herbal teas
  • Juice (limited)

9:00 AM — Nature Immersion Block
  • Forest walks
  • Observation activities
  • Quiet listening exercises
  • “What do you notice?” awareness training

10:30 AM — Snack Break
Examples:
  • Fruit
  • Trail mix
  • Yogurt

11:00 AM — Skill / Responsibility Block
  • Animal care (feeding, cleaning, observing)
  • Garden interaction (if available)
  • Simple group responsibilities

12:00 PM – 5:30 PM

12:30 PM — Lunch
Examples:
  • Rice + chicken + vegetables
  • Pasta + protein
  • Wraps / sandwiches
  • Soup + bread
Balanced, filling, familiar.

1:30 PM — Rest / Quiet Time
  • Reading
  • Journaling
  • Drawing
  • Lying down
(Important for emotional regulation)

2:30 PM — Group Session (Identity + Emotions)
Guided but simple:
  • “What did I feel today?”
  • “What was hard?”
  • “What did I enjoy?”
Activities:
  • Sharing circles
  • Partner talk
  • Light guided prompts

3:30 PM — Snack

4:00 PM — Creative / Physical Activity Block
Rotate daily:
  • Art (painting, nature crafts)
  • Building (simple outdoor projects)
  • Movement games
  • Team challenges

5:30 PM – 9:00 PM​

5:30 PM — Animal Care / Wind Down Activity
  • Light responsibility
  • Slower pace
  • Transition into evening

6:30 PM — Dinner

Warm, grounding meals.

7:30 PM — Campfire / Connection Time
